Workout Log


Now that I'm done H1, today's workout was to test my strength!

Completing my bench press goal was pretty easy. But deadlift at 145 was difficult. In the last set, my grip muscles were on fire! If my girly arms get stronger, I should be able to continue making progress in H2.

As for dips, I'm pathetic. I wobble like crazy. The people on the cardio machines are only a few feet away. It's nice of them not to laugh out loud! It feels like dips are a much better chest and arm exercise than bench press, so I should create a goal.
